Ramis’ truth bombs help you kill self-doubt & unleash unshakeable confidence!

Nicolas Ramis – the mad genius of self-help. Prepare to have your beliefs crushed and your mind blown.

– Chantal Bourgeau

How I got started on this path of unconventional wisdom…

The conventional route? Never my style.

Let me unleash the uncensored chronicle of my bold dive into the chaotic universe of self-help.

Welcome to my world. I’m Nicolas Ramis – not your average self-help guru. Picture Wolverine’s energy meshed with Professor Xavier’s wisdom, all wrapped in the intrigue of Mystique.

Yes, that’s me, the dude behind the 3D polygonal chameleon mask.

Welcome to the wild ride that is my life. Most self-help gurus play it safe, but not me. I stumbled into this path through the maze of my own chaotic experiences – from diving into ancient wisdom to wrestling with the shadows of the mind. Buckle up; it’s not for the faint-hearted.

This is what life has taught me – the hard way. This what my books can teach you:

Awaken titans within: unleash the superpowers of unshakeable confidence, radiant joy & unstoppable success.

Annihilate your inner demons and foes: anxiety, depression, procrastination, self-doubt – no mercy.

Do not fear the the chaos of life anymore: turn it into an ally, fueling your journey to a life beyond limits.

Master the language of emotions: narrate your truth fluently & sculpt your unbreakable, happy self.

Kickstart your personal revolution: join truth-warriors and boldly unmask your deepest realities with my contrarian approach to self-help.

Frozen Wisdom with Japanese Monks: Waterfall Meditation at Age 13

The Shock Factor: Surviving the Deep Freeze

Meditating under an icy waterfall at 13 with Yamabushi (Japanese mountain monks) or my body buried vertically into the the snow was no ordinary adventure.

There’s no word to describe the instant and extreme cold-induced pain, and weird and aching body sensations and vasoconstriction effects making you question your sanity.

Masochistic? Far from it. It’s a plunge (pun intended) into the depths of self-discovery, teaching me fear management, resilience, energy mastery, focus, and the indomitable spirit within.

Life Lesson: Who’s in Control?

Pain is just a signal to the brain. It can be controled, or it can control you. It’s all about your mind superpower and mastering it is your ticket for the extraordinary!

The mind, like water, molds to its container. Expand your limits, and you’ll discover boundless potential.

– Nicolas Ramis

Reality Check: Cold Therapy Is Good for You

  • YouTubers and Wim Hof did not invent cold showers!
  • Takigyo is Japanese waterfall meditation. It’s not a wellness trend. It’s a thousand-year-old ritual Yamabushi used to purify the body and unify it with the soul and nature, and kick mediocrity in the face.

Iyengar Yoga: Channeling Anger into Zen Mastery

The Shock Factor: Controling Explosive Emotions

Even as a trained martial artist, I was unprepared for the excruciating muscle burn of Iyengar yoga, which I once ignorantly dismissed as zen gymnastics for flexible geriatrics – boy was I wrong!

Holding freakish poses ignited cathartic fire in my muscles, ligaments and bones, blazing a new trail between body and mind I never knew existed.

As lactic acid seared each fiber of my being, anger melted into anguish. And yet amidst the unrelenting torture, swarming thoughts evaporated, only laser mental clarity remaining. This yoga crucible realigned all my naive assumptions.

Life Lesson: Your Body Is Your Third Brain

The flesh and bones are no machine operated by the head brain alone. Master the energetic network of 72,000 nadis, and you access mental harmony beyond cognitive reach.

Command the flesh, command the mind.

– Nicolas Ramis

Reality Check: Yogic Psychology

  • Yoga poses are not meant to get likes on Insta!
  • The ancient empirical science of yoga was designed to synthesize body, mind and spirit to unlock extraordinary modes of consciousness and self-realization.

Life in the Deep: Overcoming Shark Phobia with Miss Hawaii

The Shock Factor: Taming Primal Panic

After watching Jaws, oceans terrified me. Years later, I confronted abyssal dread snorkeling with none other than Miss Hawaii herself. I guess you can understand my motivation to follow the fish as a 29 single man.

Paralyzed initially by primal panic, Cordinne’s guidance led me to still my mind, transforming terror into awe at nature’s splendor and one of the best natural aquarium for snorketing in world: Hanauma Bay.

I froze as sinister shadows glided past. Heart punching ribcage, I awaited razor teeth ripping flesh. But wave after wave, attuning senses to aquatic flow, fear dissolved into exhilaration. I found unexpected grace in the depths.

Staring down installed phobias, courage unmasks mental strength.

Life Lesson:

Your Reptile Brain Sabotages You

Fear is the four-fanged serpent coiled inside your mind’s deepest recesses. But the mythical beast has no true power – only the authority you lend it through belief. Master yourself, and triumph over terror.

There are no monsters, only those fabricated in our imagination.

– Nicolas Ramis

Reality Check: Cold Therapy Is Good for You

  • Spielberg exploited but did not invent shark phobia!
  • Primal fears and phobias are visceral illusions that stem from mind, not seas or . , but the real predators endangering oceanic ecology are destructive human behaviors.
